Product Description
Performance characteristics:
High purity and light colour: it can be directly made or modulated into epoxy resin products of various colours as required.
Low viscosity: casting, potting, impregnation of good workmanship, casting can be added to a large number of fillers, so that the performance of the cured material is excellent.
Stable performance, low freezing point, long applicable period, can be stored for a long time at room temperature.
Small volatility; low toxicity; small heating loss, the toxicity is only one twentieth to one fortieth of amine curing agent.
Mutual solubility is good: the product can be mutually soluble with all epoxy resins, low mixing viscosity, and small shrinkage rate when heating curing system.
This product is a new type of fine chemical essential for electronic industry and electromechanical industry products. It is widely used in potting, casting, encapsulation, lamination, moulding, bonding, winding and other processes.
Specifications
Our factory produces three models: WNY1001, WNY1002 and WNY1008.
WNY-1001 has the features of light colour, low viscosity, no discolouration and low bubble after adding accelerator, especially suitable for white potting.
WNY-1002 is light yellow transparent liquid with moderate viscosity, generally used in casting, pultrusion, winding and other processes.
WNY-1008 is a new product developed by our factory on the basis of WNY-1001, in addition to the advantages of WNY-1001, it also has the advantages of fewer bubbles and lower viscosity, which is more conducive to the actual operation of the assembly line, and it is an ideal product to replace the imported ones.
