Process of using colourful polyester veil to produce FRP Pultruded Profile
Ambient humidity affects weather resistance. Keep humidity below 60 and use good quality TBPB. The quality of the veil will determine the weather resistance performance. Compared with other materials, coloured polyester veils can be fully bonded to the resin and are not easy to peel off. Most of the cracking of the finished product starts at the seams. We use special technology to completely wrap the profiles. There is only one seam in the finished product and it is almost invisible.
