Introduction:


IFUCAI CELL series is a general-purpose PVC foam product with an optional density range of 60-300KG/m³. It adopts a water-suspension foaming process to complete the cross-linked structure of the foam.

The D60and D80 PVC foam as new high-strength material,with lightweight, high strength, fatigue resistance. 


Whether your selection criteria are density, temperature resistance, cell size or specific mechanical properties, a series of IFUCAICELL products and IFUCAI-BALSA can meet your application requirements.

IFUCAICELL foams, including very low density products, have excellent mechanical properties. In addition, IFUCAICELL foam has a higher heat deflection temperature and compression creep strength than other rigid foams.

The storage condition

1)PVC rigid structure foam should be stored in the ambient temperature is not higher than 40ºC, therange of humidity is 5%-75%.
2)In order to avoid the irregular shrinkage of theproduct, theproduct cannot be exposed to direct sunlight, and the ambient temperature and humidity around the foam are kept uniform.
3)When the storage environment is quite different from  the workshop , thePVC should bestored in the workshopmore than 24 hours before used.
