JL-189 Unsaturated Polyester Resin

JL-189 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with benzene tincture, cis tincture and standard glycol as the main raw materials. It has been dissolved in styrene cross-linking monomer and has medium viscosity and medium reactivity. It provides good water resistance, processability and mechanical properties. 189 marine unsaturated polyester resin is suitable for hand lay-up process to make FRP boat hull. 1. JL-189 resin contains wax, excluding promoter and thixotropic agent.
2. JL-189 resin is sensitive to light, and it is easy to gel after seeing light, so it should be avoided before use,free to open the packaging or expose it to a strong light.
3. Recommendation of the curing system: 0.4-2.0%of pure cobalt promotion agent (not recommended to contain There are colorless promoters with copper salt and potassium), and MEKP curing agent is 1.0-2.5%.

JL-10070TP Unsaturated polyester resin
 

JL-10070TP unsaturated polyester resin is a pre-promoted, thixotropic general purpose resin. It has low viscosity, good infiltration to glass fibre, and excellent thixotropic construction.

JL-10070TP unsaturated polyester resin is a pre-promoted, thixotropic general-purpose resin with low viscosity. It is suitable for hand lay-up or injection moulding of various FRP products, such as FRP cooling towers, vehicle shells and other FRP moulded products.

JL-3002 Unsaturated Polyester Resin
 

JL-3002 unsaturated polyester resin is a reactive flame retardant resin, pre-promoted, with low viscosity, good infiltration of glass fibre and high mechanical strength.

The resin has low viscosity, good infiltration of glass fibre, high mechanical strength, etc. It is suitable for the production of large-sized FRP products, such as wind turbine covers and ship hulls, by vacuum infusion or RTM process.

JL-3002-T30 is winter type, suitable for November and February (below 15ºC);

JL-3002-T60 is a spring/autumn type, suitable for March-May, September-October (15-25ºC);

JL-3002-T90 is the summer type, suitable for June-August (above 25ºC).

Transport and storage:

The transport should be in accordance with the national "Regulations on the Safe Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods", Chapter V, Transportation and Handling of Chemical Dangerous Goods. The product should be stored in Cool place under 25ºC, avoid fire, isolate heat source and radiation source, shelf life is 3 months under 25ºC.
