VAP semi-permeable membrane is a unidirectional breathable film for vacuum assisted process, made of polyurethane (PU) translucent film and nylon fabric. It is air breathable but resin impermeable. Bubbles and volatile components can be continuously pumped away during the entire process, preventing the loss of resin and better improving product performance.

Application and Storage

It can be used in vacuum infusion and prepreg processes,greatly improving product performance.

1. According to the customer's production process

needs to use. White surface can not be dipped in

water and other chemical liquids, can not destroy

the white rubber surface.

2. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid heat, direct

sunlight or rain. Avoid direct sunlight.

3. Storage period: 12 months from the date of

shipment.

4. Avoid direct sunlight. Discoloration does not

affect quality and use.

5. In order to make the cured product easy to

release the mold, the white surface may be

oriented towards the glass fiber, but the

surface cannot be used instead of peel ply.
