Product Description

Introduction:

Woven roving combimat is made by stitching woven fabric together with a layer of chopped strand.  

Compatible with unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin and phenolic resin etc. Suitable for hand lay up, pultrusion, ,etc

A layer of polyester veil can be added to give good finish for end products.

The area weight ranges from 350g/m2 to 1700g/m2. The width is from 40mm-2600mm.

Introduction:
Fiberglass Woven Roving is bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving. Can be compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. With high-performance reinforcement, widely used in hand lay up to manufacture boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts, furniture and sports facilities. The area weight is from 200g/m2 to 1200g/m2. The width is from 50mm-3000mm.

Chop strand mat
Chopped strand mat is produced by chopping continuous roving into length of 5cm and randomly dispersing the cut fibers. These fibers are held together by powder or emulsion binder. It is typically used for hand lay up process. The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and PU resins. Width ranges from 50mm to 3200mm.

Application: panels, tanks, boats, complete set of sanitary equipment, automotive parts, cooling towers, pipes etc
