Product Description

JLON 3312A/B is a low-viscous infusion resin system, consisting of an epoxy resin part JLON 3312A and a modified  amine  hardener  part JLON 3312B. The resin system has excellent fiber wetting properties, which can be used for processing of glass, carbon and aramide fibers.

The specified mixing ratios must be observed as exactly as possible. Adding more or less hardener will not affect a faster or slower reaction-but in incomplete curing which cannot be corrected in any way. Resin and hardener must be mixed very thoroughly. Mix until no clouding is visible in the mixing container. Payspecial attention to the walls and the bottom of the mixing container.

Package, Storage, Transportation
-Stored in clean and dry container, net weight of J L O N 3312A is 200kg/drum or 1000kg/IBC and JLON 3312B is 200kg per drum or 1000kg/IBC. 

-Shelf life of J L O N 3312A is 12 months at 25oC when stored in cool, dry and ventilated conditions. Improper storage or transportation condition could result in the shortage of resin shelf life.

-Shelf life of JLON 3312B is 12 months when stored in sealed container and cool, dry area without direct sunlight and temperature is at 25oC.
