Pure PTFE adhesive tape, also named pure Te flon adhesive tape, features more flexible and it is insulating, it is mainly used in electrical industry.

Specification

Te flon tape, also known as PTFE tape, boasts excellent anti-sticking properties, chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, and superior insulation. It is widely used in packaging, thermoplastics, composites, sealing heat sealing, and electronics industries. PTFE tape reinforced with fabric offers even higher strength and can be used in sizing machine rollers, thermoplastic demolding, and other applications. It is reusable and easy to replace.


Advantages

1. Weather Resistance: Suitable for temperatures ranging from -70ºC to 280ºC, exhibiting weather resistance and anti-aging properties.
2. Non-adhesiveness: Smooth surface, does not easily adhere to any substance. Easy to clean; various oil stains, dirt, and almost all adhesive substances can be easily removed from its surface.
3. Insulation: High insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), UV resistant, and antistatic.


Application

1. Anti-stick Te flon high-temperature tape for sealing machine heating strips: Commonly used on sealing machine heating strips, it is high-temperature resistant, non-stick, and prevents plastic residue from remaining on the hot blade after sealing.
2. Vacuum packaging machine consumables: Used for heat-sealing and pressing parts of food, rice bags, medicines, etc. Also used for heat sealing of plastic films.
3. Garment machine upper and lower blade edges: Garment machine upper and lower blade edges require high-temperature resistant, non-stick pressing strips, which provide stability, durability, and non-stick protection.
