Product Introduction: JL-T-30 is a carbon fiber mat produced by wet process using carbon fiber as raw material and customized water-based environmentally friendly adhesive. As a reinforced mat for the gel coat layer, it is a fiber with anisotropic distribution. Its softness makes it suitable for edges, irregular shapes, and complex curved surfaces, and is suitable for various composite material processes. It can quickly dissolve with various resins such as EP, VE, UP, and PU, forming a resin rich layer between the fiber gaps, giving a smooth and flat surface to the product, effectively avoiding pits and fiber patterns after forming. Highlighting the strengthening of inter layer shear strength, surface toughness, and excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.

Attention for hand lay up process:
1. The surface mat generally adopts two types: 30g/m2 and 50g/m2.
2. The application of surface mat on the mold allows for splicing, and it is not recommended to overlap to avoid affecting the flatness of the product.
3. After the surface felt is laid according to the geometric shape of the mold, it is recommended to use a fiberglass tool dipped in the resin and slowly press it, not like brushing a cloth, which may cause surface movement and make it difficult to remove bubbles.
4. After the carbon fiber surface mat has solidified, the bubbles should be carefully picked out and polished with sandpaper to remove dust dry. Another layer of resin can be applied to lay other types of reinforcement layers.
