Polyester breather
Woven polyester fabric breather that is used during vacuum infusion to allow for the even removal of air from a vacuum bagged composite part, as well being used as an infusion resin brake. With a weight of 10oz Breather cloth can be used at pressures up to 200PSI (13.8 Bar) , and also has the benefit of being multi-directionally comformable. This means that it can be used in even the most complex infusion layups, while still being easy enough for a beginner at infusions to use. Our breather does not contain any binders that could block off the flow of air or otherwise negatively impact your vacuum infusion.
Nylon breather
Nylon breather is a large quality, breathable, conformable and good heat resistant breathable felt. It is suitable for most Autoclave processes. The use of this product eliminates the need to lay down multiple layers of polyester breathable felt, solving some of the tedious processes and increasing production efficiency.
1.High temperature nylon fibres help prevent vacuum lock-up.
2.Performs better than polyester breathable felts in the Autoclave process.
