Product Description

A SERIES OF MATERIALS USED FOR VACUUM CONSUMABLES:

1) RELEASE FILM:

RF35 Perforated Release Film is a red/blue color PE release film that is designed for low cost applications. It will release from epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin systems. It is  suitable for resin cure temperature up to 250°F (121°C).

Application:
Perforated Release Film RF35 is most commonly used in vacuum infusion processing.

Vacuum bag BF65 is a wide multi-layer extruded Nylon film providing multiple layers of safety. These multi layers reduce the concerns of pinholes,
Weak spots, brittleness and inconsistency in films. This Vacuum bag is strong, has a high elongation and is suitable for cure temperature up to 170C.

3) Infusion Mesh:

Resin distribution media IM120 is HDPE extruded net/mesh designed to assist resin flow through your part during the VARTM process. Our resin distribution medium works well with polyester ,vinyl ester and epoxy resins. This resin distribution media is low profile and tight construction, the resin flows more easily and efficiently (little waste) throughout the lay-up when using this resin distribution media.

4) Spiral Tube:

This plastic spiral tube is made of HDPE and used to provide a very free‐lowing channel through which the resin is distributed near the point where the resin is first fed into the composite. Resin flows freely through the center of the spiral tube, but just as easily out of the spirals in the side, allowing resin to be supplied all the way along an edge of the composite.

5) Sealant Tape:

Sealant tape ST12 is synthetic rubber sealant tape used to provide a continuous airtight seal between the vacuum bag and the mold around the perimeter of the mold. The sealant tape may also be used to seal the point where the manifold enters the bag and to repair leaks in the bag or plumbing.The sealant tape ST12 is a cost effective vacuum bag sealant tape for room and medium temperature applications. It has been specially formulated to provide excellent tack, firm feel, good clean-up and long shelf-life.

6) Peel Ply:

The peel ply PL85 is Nylon (PA66) woven fabric which is high in quality, yet inexpensive. The peel ply PL85 is designed to work in VARTM vacuum resin infusion or hand lay-up processes. The peel ply PL85 assist or eliminate the need for sanding or abrading on your composite laminate.
